STRESS!
It is undeniable that the mind and body are interrelated. Your thoughts affect the way you feel and the way you feel affects your thoughts.
Negative thoughts will sustain negative emotions – which will, of course, have a bad effect in the long run. It is possible to decrease the stress in your life with only your mind. It is important that you first become very aware of your thoughts and that you realize when you are thinking negative thoughts.
Okay, so what do I mean by negative thoughts, hmmmm. Well, for example, money is an issue that makes a lot of people nervous. If your thoughts are focused around your debt – those are negative thoughts. Instead, put a positive spin on it, think about how wonderful you will feel when you are debt-free, then feel that feeling, and then take steps to do something about it!
By actively working toward a positive goal or vision that you have for yourself (being debt-free), you will find that the negative thoughts are fewer, which will lead to less stress. You will feel more energized, resulting in more available energy to use positively. It’s a cycle and you can make it work in your favor!
Always focus on a positive outcome in whatever it is you are involved in or thinking about. As you think the positive thoughts, think about how wonderful that glorious outcome will feel. Then actually feel that feeling. But don’t stop there, decide on a way to work toward achieving that desired outcome and get to work!

Simply practicing the positive thinking process will help. Mastering the skill of stopping those negative thoughts before they get you down is the first step. Change the negative into a thought about a positive outcome. Use your imagination if you have to. Then start working on a plan to make that outcome a reality.
You will be consumed with working toward your goals and your thoughts will be directed toward the future - propelling you forward, closer to the realization of your vision which will assist you in achieving your dreams sooner than you ever thought possible.
