Sports Nutrition and Bodybuilding Supplements
As intelligent beings we know that exercise should be a part of our life – routinely. But it seems that as we age the frequency of our exercise/physical activity often slows down. That may be due to our busy schedule, parenthood, or even laziness, but it is a truism for most of us.

Okay, so we realize that if we want ultimate health and a body that we can be proud of we need to exercise. Right? But how do we know what’s right for us? If our health is in question a visit to the doctor is in order. With that being done the next step is to decide what will work for us.

Many things should be considered. Are you the type that would benefit from a membership at the local gym? Before you answer, consider the fact that it is not uncommon for people to join only to regret it later. The reasons vary. Sometimes it is that the newness wears off and it becomes a burden to go to the gym, other times the gym itself just isn’t what one expected it to be.

Perhaps you are too busy to find the time for the gym. There’s a wonderful program called “Get Fit While You Sit”, which teaches exercises that can be done anytime, even while you watch TV. If time is an issue, this might be the program for you!

Do you have the determination to work out on your own? If so, what equipment, if any will you need? How will you go about it?

If you are going to put more of a focus on your program then I recommend a holistic approach. I know of two programs utilizing this approach and both are excellent. As you know, a holistic approach takes into account the whole person, including stress management and ways to get a good night’s sleeps in order that you feel more energized, which will lead to you feeling more inclined to exercise. The first one is: No Gear Workout. Be sure to also check out:  The Total Fitness ToolKit.

Finally, some of you are more into  muscle building than others. I know a great program that only requires dumbbells. Did you know that you can get a great workout with dumbbells? Check out Superior Dumbbell Workout
